Exterior paint done in five colors: sage, dark sage, cream, gooseberry and brown
New roof
Removal of interior carpet

Paint or wallpaper rooms with Victorian colors
Tuckpoint granite foundation
Original floors have been refinished
Rooms have been decorated in style of 1901 Victorian
14 gardens have been completed and are open to the public
Recreate second story exterior balcony railing and wraparound front porch railing

Collect photos of interior and exterior of home
Gather furnishings-original when possible
Collect stories about the house and past owners
Write grants, seek donations and continue fundraising efforts
