It is not known exactly which positions/shifts will be hired for right now, but probably 3 maintenance team members and 1 – 2 production team members. Successful candidates will have strong team skills and a strong desire to excel as team members while continuing to learn new skills. Candidates will have a high school degree or GED, and strong math, reading, verbal and written communication skills. PROCESSING TEAM - 10 hour shifts, 2nd and 3rd shift:
- Operate Egg Further Processing Equipment
- Perform basic lab testing on all processed products
- Complete daily paperwork and documentation
- Champion safety for product and all team members

MAINTENANCE TEAM - 8 hour shifts, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift:
- Perform general maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, welding and HVAC
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems and equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and recordkeeping
- Champion safety for product and all team member

Job duties will include routine testing of incoming product and analysis using established methods ensuring it meets specified quality levels. Prepare labs, perform calibrations, complete, and audit paperwork, and pre-op lines before line start-up.
